How to enable SEO friendly URL in WordPress?

In WordPress it is easy to setup user friendly SEO URLs as follow:

1. login as administrator
2. Go to Settings (the submenu at the bottom) choose permalink item
3. Choose custom structure and input /%category%/%postname%/
4. Save the settings

And friendly SEO URLs will be activated in your WordPress website!
